National’s “Passport Rehabilitation” program was specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals requiring a short-term rehabilitative stay following a hospitalization or an acute medical episode. While on your short-term “trip” with us, please take full advantage of the amenities and services our facilities o f f e r. During your stay, if you find anything requiring our attention, please let us as soon as possible so that we may make your stay the best it can be.

Some of the amenities offered in the Passport Program found at our facilities, in addition to a Clinical Nurse Specialist to oversee your entire stay, the following amenities are offered to make your stay more comfortable:
